Notice the Noise

When thoughts race or your chest tightens, simply notice it. Name it. You are not the anxiety — you are the one who notices it.

Step Aside & Breathe

Step away physically or mentally from the stressor. Take at least 30 seconds. Breathe deliberately.

Come back clearer, calmer, and more grounded. Move through the day with intention and peace.
